"And they now see Biden naming the enemy."

Except he didn't name the enemy. Correct me if I'm wrong, but nowhere in Bidens voting rights speech did I hear him say "Republicans", "conservatives", "GOP", or "the Right". It was just a generic "they". And I definitely didn't hear him name "Trump". So no, Mr. Stoehr, Biden did NOT name the enemy.

I don't understand the praise from "liberals" for speeches made by prominent Dems where they don't actually name the enemy, but instead they make a concerted effort to not name them. To me (and I ain't the only one), it actually seems like a cowardly way to make your point: you say what you want to say, but by not naming names, you can (mostly) avoid the inevitable furious blowback from your target(s). Not naming names is equivalent to pulling your punches, and a pulled punch never knocks anyone out.
