I’m writing to invite you to a special local event I’m co-hosting called Politics in Plain English.
I know, right?
Bennett Lovett-Graff and I devised a civics program in which we bring thinkers and writers to New Haven to talk about all the important issues of the day for the betterment of the common good.
(By the way, Bennett is an enthusiastic member of the Editorial Board! Click here to join him!)
Tuesday is our first event of the new season. It features Bill Scher, a contributing editor of Politico Magazine, a contributing writer to RealClearPolitics, and a whole galaxy of outlets. Bill and I will probably talk about impeachment as we who’s in and out in the Democratic nomination race.
Here’s the fall line up. If you come, please introduce yourself! I love meeting Editorial Board readers!

Would love if you did one in NYC. I know CT is home for you. But NYC would be such a boon for some of us for an event like this. Plus then I could load up on 22 martinis for $440 before the event. ;)
Hi all, if you want to reserve a spot, go here -----> https://institutelibrary.z2systems.com/np/clients/institutelibrary/event.jsp?event=3138
