From Rachel Maddow's reporting, Russia didn't simply 'plan' to pay for assassinations of American servicemen, a number of payments were actually made, which means that US soldiers were killed. Trump knew, did nothing, and stood before young West Point graduates who he is willing to sacrifice to gain Putin's approval.
