It seems to me that this guy never really developed into a complete human being. By his own admission, he's essentially the same person he was as a six-year old. Somehow, he never learned the fundamentals of human relations let alone a broad range of personal skills for introspection and self-reflection. As a result, it looks like he's acting as a child imitating what thinks an adult is and acts like vs. actually having matured into high functioning adulthood. Other people are just objects and toys to play with and toss aside. I believe that's why he truly is the loneliest person in America because other people are simply not people but things to use and manipulate. That's also why he's made for TV and social media because they allow him to act out his distorted, holographic pretense of being a real person.
It's sad and pathetic watching him demonstrate his massive self-dysfunction while crapping on our society and political system. The really dangerous part is that he's an avatar for similar dysfunction for a large number of other people while the truly evil (the plutocrats, reactionaries, and theocrats) are using him as a battering ram to accomplish their anti-American and anti-democratic objectives.
