I heard his interview with Ezra Klein where he said similar things. He also said basically he's giving Manchin and Sinema a few months to see what non-fascist bipartisan fantasy they magically manifest. So we'll see the real action in the fall. Color me skeptical. I would self-flagellate or whatever other admittance of wrong anyone wanted if the Dems get rid of the filibuster and pass an expansive voting rights bill and admit DC and give PR the option. IOW, if I were a gambling man I'd take like a -3000 bet on the Dems failing to do anything but complain and watch the decline and fall of our republic.

I wish i had the faith in democrats you do. I see very little evidence that they understand the emergency we are in.
