Let's go back a step. Why are we sane people allowing these tampering-with-the-vote escapades to continue? Trump's words would be worthless if there wasn't democracy-killing action behind it. My blood has been boiling over Arizona, as Rachel Maddow has been covering it, for months. The Democratic Party should be suing in Georgia and Michigan NOW, not waiting for some GOP judge to open the door for them. If we hold them off in the courts, at least the "audits" will be spread out over time and stave off another insurrection in August (with Tucker Carlson screaming that they're just doing what BLM did last year). What happened to the war chest Biden supposedly had to ward off suits from Trump immediately after the 2020 election? They might as well do SOMETHING while the stupid Senate is wrapped up in McConnell's cold dead hands.
