This is in reference to your fearmongering the Dems over the 2022 campaigns:

Our apartment building hosted a chat with Edward-Isaac Devore, who just published a book titled 'Battle For The Soul', about how the Democrats fought it out in the 2020 presidential primaries and how the subsequent election played out (you'll be stunned by his take on how close Pete Buttigieg was to being the nominee). He's a really well-informed guy, and had lots to say on the subject. The thing that struck me was his characterization of the difference between the money-grubbing industry browbeating of Republicans v. Democrats. What Devore says the fundraising pitch response data shows is Democrats donate most to the "OH NO WE'RE DOOMED UNLESS YOU SEND US ALL YOUR MONEY IMMEDIATELY" whereas the Republicans are most motivated by "PRESIDENT TRUMP IS DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED BY YOUR FAILURE TO SEND MORE MONEY" cheapskate-shaming. I do not know what this portends for the election season we've now entered (don't kid yourselves – we're in it already) but his anecdote supports your DemoFear model. And of course, as Trump continues to show disgust and loathing for more and more Republicans (McConnel now front and center) he risks running out of people to shame. I've been updating a list of the people, organizations and random others whom he blames for stealing the election, and he's literally running out of scapegoats.
