I think what you say in this editorial is exactly right. One question: How is it decided at what age a citizen may begin to vote, viz. at what age does one become an adult in this country?
I think 13 is a good age to start voting.
I was also thinking of and wondering about at what age someone my be tried as an adult. Of course that might need a federal law with respect to this.
